Live Virtual Session: 9 am – 3 pm This 5.5-hour workshop (with a lunch break) blends group discussion, self-reflection, and practical tools to help you understand how you show up as a leader and how to improve team performance through your leadership. Great managers aren't born — they're built through self-awareness. This workshop starts with you as a leader: how you naturally direct, delegate, motivate, and develop the people around you — and how your style lands differently depending on who's on the receiving end. Through your personalized DiSC® profile, you'll gain insight into your own management tendencies and walk away with concrete strategies for adapting your approach to bring out the best in each of your direct reports. You'll also spend time looking upward — exploring how you work with your own manager and how that relationship shapes your effectiveness as a leader. This isn't about becoming a different kind of manager. It's about understanding yourself more deeply so you can show up more intentionally for your team. Whether you're new to leading people or have years of experience, there's always more to discover — and more joy to find in the work.
